but if you’re following me because you want to see how I’m doing while studying in France, I’ve moved over to famousmilkman.blogspot.com for a variety of reasons. Check it out if you want, there’s a LOT more photos!
Another photo of the Eiffel Tower, my camera ran out of batteries so I don’t have any pictures of Grenoble yet! It’s very pretty though, and I went to a bar with my host brother and sister, very fun but very difficult to make conversation with their friends! Language barrier + age barrier + sleepy + foreign country = a bit overwhelming. But its all good, I had a great time all the same. Tomorrow morning I’m going for a run with someone in my group in the hills around the city! Very excited to get my shoes nice and dirty..
haha no it wasnt but its totally the same! pretty awesome.. and thanks!
The hotel our group lived in. The man who works at the front desk was very patient and kind with our slow, incomplete french.
«Bonjour monsieur, je voudrais le chose qui rendre le porte de la chambre ouverte, s’il vous plait.»
«Ah, la cle, c’est ici»
Climbed the Tour d’Eiffel today! Very cool. Unfortunately the top was closed because of construction, but halfway up was pretty good.
